    Is that really 2 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of pepper? That seems like a lot of salt! Or is it supposed to be teaspoons? Thanks for sharing this recipe, it looks delicious.

      Yes, Dixie that is what I added. it makes a LOT of chowder so that was what tasted right to me and not overly salty. I’ll adjust the recipe to reflect 1 tbsp and say “add more to taste”, however since I realize some people are on a lower sodium diet. Thanks so much for asking and for stopping by!! :)
