There is a little nip in the air today here in Florida and, while you can color me surprised, I am so happy. The sun is out in full force and yet it’s cooler and I am just a weeee bit giddy about it.
It’s the little things, you know.
Just in the nick of time – wherever you may be – this Crockpot Bacon Cheeseburger Soup is such a wonderful way to warm those bellies as the cool weather moves in. It’s hearty and delicious and so super easy to make.
Did I mention it’s garnished with waffle fries? I should have. The cheese needs no mention. You know me. You know it’s there.
Every month I share a brand new slow cooker recipe over at Gina’s place – The Shabby Creek Cottage – and today is the day, my friends.
Have you met Gina yet? She shared this ahhmazing DIY Projects Post over here last month when I was on vacation.
I kind of want to make everything she shared, as always. In fact, I want to eat THIS soup for dinner and then go to bed in THAT bed with THAT night stand and THOSE walls and THOSE curtains. Is that too much to ask??
Well… at least I know I can handle the food part while I hone my DIY skills.
How about you? Are you ready for a little comfort food? Let’s DO this. Pop over HERE to get the details and the recipe and make sure to say hi to Gina for me too. See you over there!
