“Don’t Change A Thing” Printable Valentine Treat Bag Toppers – Valentine’s made easy:
I am really excited to launch our Glue Gun Wars series today starting with “Challenge Glitter”, and I’m going to tell you all about it below because YOUR project could win a prize with the most clicks. Game on.
But first let’s talk about my love/hate relationship with glitter. If you look up the word…
glitter [glit-er] verb (used without object) 1. to reflect light with a brilliant, sparkling luster; sparkle with reflected light. 2. to make a brilliant show. noun 3. a sparkling reflected light or luster. 4. showy splendor.
Talk about bling. But glitter can also be my nemesis because no matter WHAT project I create using this “brilliantly showy” substance it is inevitable that I will find a fleck of said “sparkling luster” on my FACE Three. Days. Later. Even after the showers.
- Clear Treat Bags (I used the 4×6 size)
- Mod Podge
- Red Glitter (or color of your choice – I love this collection)
- A small paintbrush
- Chocolate coins (I found the silver here and the gold here)
Each month the hosts will release a new challenge involving a specific craft supply. Your challenge is to either create a new project with that supply OR you can link up an old one on the first Friday of each month. Easy, right?
As I mentioned, this month’s challenge is GLITTER! And as an added, kick off bonus, the project with the most clicks will win a $25 Amazon Gift Card.
The link up will be open from now until February 13th so click to you heart’s content!
And here is a sneak peak for March: Challenge Felt!
and don’t forget to visit all of the hosts–they made all new projects this month!
