When you try to think of better-for-you snacking, a lot of things come to mind. Carrots. Yogurt. Maybe some cottage cheese. One thing that emphatically does NOT come to mind is pudding, right?
After all, pudding is a kids’ treat, not a grown-up snack, of course? Sensible parents do not put pudding in their kids’ lunches – they pack apples, guilt, and notes encouraging them to become financial advisors.

Let’s just say I enjoy my role as Official Taste Tester of all of Claire’s amazing recipes just a little too much, and as a result in June of last year I decided it was time to do something about the extra pounds I’d accumulated.
The plan was simple: I needed to start exercising more, eating less, and eating better, which, to me, meant not eating things like, well, pudding. Or so I thought.
I was in the grocery store, certainly not buying some regular pudding for my kids – honest – when the packaging for Kozy Shack® Simply Well® caught my eye.

I had been looking for some better-for-you snacking options to mix things up a little – after all there’s only so much Greek yogurt you can eat – and I was intrigued.
Let me just tell you, Kozy Shack® Simply Well® Tapioca is grown-up. It’s sensible and, if you’re watching your weight, it’s a great way to fill the gaps between meals. But most importantly, it’s delicious and guilt-free.
I just had a doctor’s appointment this morning. Since I have been exercising regularly and I changed my snacking habits I’m down a little over 20 lbs and I feel better than I have in years.
Thanks to Kozy Shack® Simply Well®, I haven’t had to give up on all of my guilty pleasures. After all, I need to save room for Claire’s next recipe.
